Trace of Wetness summons vision of extinction and regeneration of the rivers in the Amazon. In collaboration with the traditional artist from the Shipibo community Jessica Soria, Ana Barboza and Rafael Freyre explore the traditional drawing technique that uses river mud and tree resins in the Amazon. The material and technique arise questions and vision of this landscape: endangered today by the river’s destruction and pollution.
