MIL Centro, a gastronomic project by chef Virgilio Martínez, stands on the edge of the Moray Archaeological Complex. Local earth, fibers, and minerals anchor the space in its geography. Ancient techniques and natural elements are reinterpreted, echoing the architecture, tools, and rituals of Peru’s original peoples. The project restores an architectural vision deeply connected to natural materials and cultural surroundings.
