Based on the exploration of the artisan technique of the loom, the piece is created from cuts or holes on the fabric: empty spaces that leave the structure of the warp visible. Through the voids, the material and the corporal act of the fabric is accentuated, as well as the spatial or habitable dimension of the surface. The porosity and permeability of the fibres allow natural light and air to pass through. The piece makes reference to the work of Lucio Fontana and the concept of spatialism.
