Pre-hispanic architecture complexes such as Poro Poro, Moray, and Chankillo traced the seasons and the circular movements of time and the cosmos, creating spatial instruments that guided agriculture and water rituals. Quoting Finn Lunker in The Answering Machine: “Time moves in circles, or at least in rounded figures, and where are you in this circle?” Planets and stars follow orbital paths whose rhythms generate the seasons and the cycles of nature.
